Rub not only adds amazing taste and flavor to your food, but also improves the appearance and smell. Many don’t know that food consumption also includes our sense of smell and visual. Adding a little extra flair will go further than you think.

Chili Spiced Rub


  • 1/4 tablespoon chili de arbol (toasted and ground)
  • 2 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp green cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Note:  Mix well.  It helps the juice in the chicken show better




 Summertime Chicken Rub


  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • I/4 cup lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Note:  Mix well for optimal outcome




Smoky Red Rub


  • 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp Raw sugar (brown)
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp granulated onion
  • ⅛ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper.
  • Note:  Blend well




 Autumn Spice Rub


  • ½ cup ground coriander
  • 2 Tbsp ground allspice
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 bay leaf (ground)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 3 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon




 Smoky, Herbal Spiced Rub


  • 3 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1.5 tsp white pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
